Rebooting
Hey guys, long time no see. I think it’s time I restarted this whole blogging shindig, but I’m gonna try out the whole “originality” thing. So, I’ve made a new blog at lemonaidn.tumblr.com where I’ll be primarily posting my own pictures and thoughts on whatever’s got me thinking. I’ll still post here from time to time but most of my attention’s going to the new one for a while, so feel free to follow it (and I’ll follow you back again, of course.)

(one of the many) problems with education
After listening for 10 minutes to Leonard Bernstein explain and play Mozart’s 40th symphony, I can honestly say that I was more engaged, intrigued, and mentally stimulated in those ten minutes than I was by everything I learned in school for the past week combined. There has to be a better educational system than this, where we force knowledge upon young adults while simultaneously destroying their thirst for it. Of that, I am sure.
